As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment details) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data will be processed only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Hartviro – whether manually or via AI automations – are your sole responsibility and are made at your own risk. Hartviro provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personalised financial advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be deemed acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
